Marcelo Braga

Chemical Engineer (Unicamp), postgraduate in Business Administration with specialization in Analysis and Reorientation, both at EAESP-FGV. The first 6 years of his career were developed in the automotive and pulp and paper industry (Plascar, Suzano and General Motors), working in the commercial, financial and purchasing areas. He started in the executive search in 2000. He has worked in the start-up of a multinational recruiting company in Brazil, being later a partner at Fesa for 6 years, where he led the activities for the technology, telecommunication, energy, financial market, automotive, chemical and petrochemical, metallurgical, and capital goods sectors. He founded SEARCH in 2007, where, since then, he works as the Managing Partner and leads the activities for the industrial, consumer goods, financial market, capital goods and energy sectors.

Manuela Calumby

She started her professional path in recruitment and selection for the petrochemical industry. Then, in the Human Resources area in companies such as Accenture and Webb, she worked in the consolidation of HR programs and in the development and implementation of the areas of compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal and training and development.

8 years ago she migrated to the Executive Search market. In the research sector of Fesa, for 3 years she developed projects for SAP, Telefônica, Nextel, PWC, Sky, among other clients. Already as a partner at Assert, she led the re-start-up of the company, specialized in the segments of IT, Telecom and Services. In 2013, she became a Partner at SEARCH giving continuity to the legacy of clients won in

these sectors.

Fabiana Goés

Working with Executive Search since 2006, she has made part of the team of recruitment and assessment  of executives at Fesa to the verticals of consumption (home and personal care), luxury, media and entertainment, pharmaceutical and financial markets. She conducted consultancy projects of market mapping, strategic compensation, besides the recruitment and assessment of executives to top and middle management. She started her career in Recruitment and Selection in 2001. She has worked in the conduction of high volume projects of positions and has led the call center area. She became a partner at SEARCH in 2011 to work in the conduction of processes of Recruitment and Assessment of Executives in the segments of her expertise.

Célio Pinto

He started his career as a process engineer at Philips do Brasil in 1987 and worked as an industrial and quality director in the auto parts sector. In 1997 he founded CP Consultores Associados, company focused on human resources, strategic and quality management. In 2003, he took on new challenges in the logistics area, working at Schenker Logistics and at Exel Logistics, and in the human resources area at DHL in the Northeast Region of Brazil. In 2009, he took over as a human resources manager at Usiminas group. Partner at Search since 2013, he has a degree in production engineering at Unisanta, and a postgraduate degree in People Management (Ulbra) and a MBA in Business Management (FGV).

Daniela Marineli

She consolidated her career in Recruitment and Selection working for 14 years in a company specialized in mid-level positions. She has participated in the start-up of the internship and executive areas and for 5 years led the call center area, with focus on call center companies. Previously, she performed generalist activities, working with clients from several segments. She became a partner at SEARCH in 2013 to lead the Middle Management area.

Paulo Naef

Civil Engineer (Unicamp), with specialization courses in institutions such as FEA-USP and Kellogg School of Management, of Northwestern University, he started his career in 1991. He integrated the financial and strategic planning areas of the automotive logistics company Translor. He has been the financial director of the multinational consortium CRTS Logística Automotiva formed by the North American Columbia and Ryder and by the German Translor and Schnellecke to provide logistic services to Volkswagen in Latin America. In 2000, he took over the Management Information System (MIS) area of CPM Braxi. One year later, he became the CFO of Fertimport, international and port logistics company of Bunge group. He is a partner at SEARCH since 2011.
